Did you know that the Greek word for “synagogue” means, “together-lead”? It doesn’t say Priest or Clergy lead. Ecclesia is the word we use in our Christian parlance. It means the summoned. The convened and commissioned. A network of people around, with and for Jesus. Church! God is a genius! God knew that after the sugar-rush of hierarchy reached its zenith and burned away, we would be left side-by-side with one another. Diverse in gifts, interdependent and inextricably linked. Sharing responsibility for making progress toward our future with God. Together-leading.
SINAGOGA
¿Sabías que la palabra Griega para “sinagoga” significa “dirigir juntos”? No dice Sacerdote o líder del Clero. Ecclesia es la palabra que usamos en nuestro lenguaje Cristiano. Significa los convocados. Los convocados y encargados. Una red de personas alrededor, con y para Jesús. ¡Iglesia! ¡IDios es un genio! Dios sabía que después de la fiebre de la jerarquía llegara a la cima y se quemara, nos dejarian lado a lado uno con el otro. Diversos en regalos, interdependientes e inextricablemente unidos. Compartiendo responsabilidad por el progreso hacia nuestro futuro con Dios. Dirigiendo juntos.
