The Diocese of Atlanta Cursillo Working Group invites you to attend a Team training day on Saturday, Feb. 9th from 10 am to 3 pm at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Snellville.
As the 4th day community continues to work on strategies to strengthen the Cursillo movement, we also want to begin to offer a series of Team Training Days designed to connect the Diocesan purpose statement with the Cursillo mission.
Goals for the training day are to equip the 4th day community to hold a weekend and also to equip individuals to return to their parishes to renew Ultreyas and develop group reunions to support those individuals who will attend a future weekend. We hope that you will attend this gathering even if you do not plan to serve on a weekend team since we need your input and expertise as we move forward.
The training day will review some of the Cursillo literature and then ask those attending to participate in table discussions patterned around leadership skills needed for conference room table leaders, Palanca team, music team, 4th day team, etc.
This is the first in a series of weekend team training events which will use the information from each successive training to identify key strategies and provide a solid base of Cursillistas to staff a weekend and to build up the Cursillo community.
Lunch will be provided.

Happy New Year to you and yours. We hope to see you on Feb. 9, 2019!
