Common Purpose will present as our speaker Don Mosley, a person who has put his whole trust in the grace and love of God. Don’s life is an example of how to seek and serve Christ in all persons, and how to love your neighbor as yourself. 

• An advantaged white boy who experienced a segregated south
• Peace Corps volunteer in Malaysia
• Husband of Carolyn Mosley
• Peace Corps regional director in South Korea
• Member for 8 years of the intentional interracial rural community Koinonia Partners
• Co-founder of the Habitat for Humanity organization
• National chairman for the Fellowship of Reconciliation (FOR)
• Worked to launch the All Our Children campaign which helped an estimated 220,000 children in Iraqi hospitals.
• Author of books titled With Our Own Eyes  and Faith Beyond Borders
• Don and Carolyn are founding members of the Jubilee Partners community in Georgia, which has hosted nearly 4,000 refugees from about 36 countries around the world.
Don’s quest to strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being has taken him around the world and now brings him to our Saint David’s Church.

Join us to learn from Don in Jeffords Hall at 6:00 PM on March 1, 2018. We will begin with a pot-luck dinner/Agape meal followed by Don’s presentation and discussion. Contact Sarah McVay at sarah@stdavidchurch to reserve childcare
