Book Study: The Heart of Centering Prayer: Nondual Christianity in Theory and Practice by Cynthia Bourgeault

Amerson House Spirituality Center at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church
1790 LaVista Road NE
Atlanta, GA 30329

In this time of unrest and transition, meditation is foundational training for what is being called forth from us as citizens of the world. Our planet needs us to align our hearts and minds so that we can respond rather than react to events in our personal and communal lives and discern the path of Holy Wisdom. Our time will include body-centered practice, meditation practice as well as discussion (body, heart, mind).

Facilitated by Lisa Persons, MDiv. Lisa is a Spiritual Director at Amerson House and has studied for several years with Cynthia Bourgeault.
