St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church
1790 LaVista Road NE
Atlanta, GA 30329

Join Amerson House Spirituality Center for a retreat day with Lalor Cadley, learning about one of the most passionate and influential leaders of the
Church, Ignatius of Loyola. The Spiritual Exercises, developed by Ignatius in the
16th-century as a path to transformation for faithful Christians desiring a deeper
relationship with God, have withstood the test of time and remain to this day a
valued tool for pilgrims on the journey, clergy and lay alike.

Our day will include three presentations based on the Ignatian Exercises--
I. Structure and Intent of the Exercises; II. Discerning God's Will for Our Lives;
III. Recognizing and Resisting Temptation. Each presentation will be followed by time for quiet reflection and shared conversation.

Lalor Cadley is a local Spiritual Director with extensive training in Ignatian Spirituality.  She is the author of Tiny Trumpets: Reflections on Life & God & Grace.
