Thanksgiving donation drive and pilgrimage to Standing Rock

Joseph (Josey) Stone, parish member at Church of Our Saviour, is looking to collect and deliver needed supplies to the people of the Standing Rock Reservation as part of a Thanksgiving pilgrimage: "Standing Rock: Decolonize Thxgiving," which will take place from Wednesday, November 23rd to Sunday, November 27th. He would also like a few persons to join him on pilgrimage.

Those interested in donating funds or supplies may contact Rev. Kim Jackson, Associate Rector at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, at kjackson@allsaintsatlanta.org. They may also donate funds via gofundme here.

Those interested in joining Josey on pilgrimage may contact him at josephastone@gmail.com in order to coordinate traveling plans. The drive from Atlanta to Standing Rock will be about a 24 hour drive via car ride. He plans on leaving on Wednesday, November 23 early in the morning (negotiable) and returning to Atlanta on Sunday, November 27 late at night.
